The GOP has a problem-Bill Clinton knows
they're not stupid
they're not stupid
One of the biggest problems that the Republicans running for president are facing is that former President Bill Clinton knows they’re not stupid.
This means that the former president is not going to allow his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to take the Republican presidential candidates for granted.
During an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union,” the former president told host Jake Tapper that the Republicans are “no dummies.”
The Republicans have two doctors, a slew of lawyers, a business man and woman in their group. Hence, this group isn’t short on intelligence.
And woe be the poor fool who takes the sometimes “what you say” comments as proof that the Republican presidential candidates are natural born ignorant ramuses with fancy titles.
Bill Clinton is not going to be bamboozled into believing that these fellas and gal’s sometimes stupid comments are a true representation of their intellectual depth.
He is going to treat them like worthy opponents and make sure that his wife does the same.
Unfortunately for the Republican presidential candidates who have tricked some into believing that they are as stupid as the day is long, the former president’s acknowledgement that he really sees them beyond their words is the worst thing that could ever happen to them because it means that he knows what strategy to use in order to beat them.
